This is the website of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet module "Clinic on EU Digital Rights, Law, and Design," which is managed by the UCLouvain teaching team.

The website contains information about the course and the activities we do. The processing of visitors' personal data is kept to the minimum necessary to perform our activities.

 

We can collect data you decide to share with us, such as your contact details when you register for our events. We will use such data only with your consent and for the purposes strictly relevant to the event's organisation (i.e. to send you the link to attend the conference and take note of your dietary preferences for the catering).

The information we collect will be stored securely and deleted after it reaches its purpose and, in any case, after the end of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet module (March 2025). 

When we process data with your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by writing to the email address below.

You can always file a request to ask us if we have any personal data about you and, if so, obtain a copy of it in a structured format. You also have the right to rectify your data if it is not accurate. Moreover, you can ask us to delete your data unless we are obliged to keep it for legal and administrative purposes.
